Hi adnane alislami  Are you accessing the Sophos connect App on a higher resolution screen if yes can you check below KBA steps if that fixes this issue?

Hi adnane alislami I have checked the system info details and it looks fine. Are all systems having the same issue or specific system OS is having this issue? Is re-installation done with administrative rights to see if that fixes the issue or not? So far not come across any such issue with the Sophos Connect client, so suspecting more on the machine/device-specific issue.
