    Hi adnane alislami I have checked the system info details and it looks fine. Are all systems having the same issue or specific system OS is having this issue? Is re-installation done with administrative rights to see if that fixes the issue or not? So far not come across any such issue with the Sophos Connect client, so suspecting more on the machine/device-specific issue.

    no, this problem is on three Windows 10 machines, and the installation is done with an administrator account
