Hi,
I have a new Sophos XGS107 firewall that we deployed and it was showing that it needed a firmware upgrade in Sophos Central, so we scheduled it to do an upgrade, and now it's showing a gear icon that is spinning, and the upgrade should have finished 2 days ago.
When I access the firewall, it shows 19.5.1 is installed, not 19.2. like it should so the update never happened.
How can I schedule a firmware update on the firewall itself?
I don't want to fire up a firmware update in the middle of a work day, and working after hours isn't an option either.
I can't re-schedule it through Sophos Central because it states the firmware update is still ongoing, which it is not.
Hello Randy,
Good day and thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.
I recommend you to open a support ticket to have the firmware upgrade on Central be further investigated. Kindly share with us the caseID once you have it
On the other hand, Scheduling an upgrade on-box is not supported on SF.
Many thanks for your time and patience and thank you for choosing Sophos.
Cheers,
Raphael Alganes
