When importing the Sophos Connect_1.4_(IPsec).pkg file, it gives me the following message: sophos connect_1.4_(IPsec).pkg file exceeds the maximum connection file import size
Hi Salud Darien Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. Based on the given error snapshot it seems you are trying to import "Sophos Connect_1.4_(IPsec).pkg" in Sophos connect client (under import connection) which is not the right config file.
Please refer to "Importing configuration and provisioning files" from the below help section for more information:
OR From the below tech vid section "02:08 Client Configuration" will provide the detail on which file you are required to import into Sophos connect client.
