Weird issue with my SOPHOS XG Firewall Regarding icons

Hi to All Sophos Gurus,

Good day.

 

I have a weird issue with my SOPHOS XG Firewall. From time to time I encounter this weird issue my icons not showing properly. have anyone encountered this? If so please advise on how to fix. Please check screenshot below for reference.

    Do you talk about the firewall Page? 

    Thats some how tricky. 

    It is caused only by Chrome, isnt it? 

    Do you have a public signed certificate on your XG?

      HI LuCar Toni,

      Good day.

      As of the moment I don't have public signed certificate. It is also showing in other browsers like firefox. I just tested in IE it is not showing. I am confused as to what is causing this.

      Hi  

      Initially it was suspected that this issue is with XG but later on after investigation it has been found that this is more related to Chrome end.

      Below may lead to this kind of broken UI Icon:

      1)Loading resources on GUI, with a self-signed cert
      2)The issue occurs randomly,when request fails with error status ERR_TO_MANY_RETRIES
      3)this error occurs only Chrome

      Workaround: Instead of self-sign certificate you may use a valid certificate for Web admin console.
