How to get private Key

Question

Hi All, 
 due to some reason my manager asking me the Private key of the CA_Certifcate. Our Sophos Xg 135 is inspecting the HTTPS connection. they wanted the Private key to decrypt the through Wireshark. I have installed the CA_certificate to local machine and the HTTPS scan is ON.

 You can alternatively you can upload your own CA and you should have a private key to your CA.

 We cannot provide the private key for our CA. 
 Why? Security Reasons, as anyone with the private key, can compromise any security appliance.
