Recovery password

You wrote to my last post that I can receive a recovery password that I may received it by email.
I wrote to sophos to obtain this password and because the product that I download was the free download for my tablet Android through Google Play, they were not able to help me.
Now! What can I do?
I cannot change or download any application on my tablet.
I will wait a couple days for what's your suggestions.

    Hello,

    the recovery Password is not sent to you by Sophos.

    During the initial Setup, when setting up the app protection, Sophos Mobile Security asks you to create the recovery password and sent it to you via email.

    Sophos is never aware of your recovery password.

    Well, I don't have anymore this email if I received it when I initialy subcribed to the software.

    Hello Mr.Thomas,
    I'm happy to say that I finally find a solution to my problem.
    That is. ..with the help of Samsung I format my tablet and put it as it was comming from the manufactury. Nobody had a solution.
    NOW I ERASE Sophos on my tablet for... forever and I will make sure that people around knows to be aware from you guys. When a compagny proposes a solution but cannot fix a problem when it's happening, well the problem is the company and the product itself.
