Would be nice to see the Sophos ID numbers of each computer and be able to sort by them.
Especially when you have a large number of duplicate (de-duplicated) systems and cannot delete a computer because it warns you that other systems de-duplicated from the computer that share the same ID will no longer be able to communicate with Sophos Central.
Having a way to identify which systems are sharing an ID would be very helpful in correcting the issue.
I second this!

Hello Randy Cleveland
The best way to verify the correct device entry for the device would be by checking the tamper password. In such a de-duplication situation, you can open the latest device entry and check if the tamper password is accepted by the device or not. If Yes, then that is the active device entry and you can remove the older ones.
Availablity of the device ID right in the computer reports would be a good idea, but you can use the above method to check, especially when dealing with a large number of devices.
Best Regards,
That would be an absolute nightmare to do with a large number of systems. Where would you even start if you don't know which ones have been duplicated/de-duplicated. Take the tamper protection password from one system you get an error with when trying to delete it and go through over 600 systems one by one doing that?
Not an ideal solution, and it's the entire point of my feature request.
Hello Randy,
You may open a support case to have this feature requested which you can track later with your Sophos AM or SE.
