The steps in this document may be required if you are experiencing issues authenticating to the Sophos plugin within Connectwise Automate as described here in the support forum.
Steps to assign user classes to a user
1. Go to System, then Users and Contacts and then Users.
2. Select User Account on which user class wants to be assigned, and Double click on it.
3. Go to the Permissions tab.
4. Right click on the white box of User Class.
5. Select “Sophos Plugin Admin” User Class, if you want to give access to that user to configure the plugin, or else Select “Sophos Plugin User” for normal users of the plugin.
Note: Assign a user class on basis of below criteria:

If a user is allowed to configure sophos settings then assign “Sophos Plugin Admin”
user class.

If a user is not allowed to configure sophos settings then assign “Sophos Plugin User”
user class.
