Hi - trying to run a campaign but keep getting this error message. I've attempted to follow any guidelines around this but still can't get past this error, Equally the emails are hitting the quarantine list, which is effectively marking the email as delivered. 

Anyone know how to get around the below ?

    If you read my initial post, I did say I had attempted to follow the guidelines without success, so pointing me back to the guidelines may not be the answer for me here. 

    We will be unlikely renewing our Phish Threat License when it expires. This isn't the first struggle we have had with it

    If you are still experiencing issues after following the configuration guides, please open a ticket with support so they can assist you. Ideally, you would reach out to your Sales Engineer when setting up a new service, but in this case, I believe something is missing in your configuration, so they should be able to assist.

    Once you have the Case ID, please share it with us so we can monitor the progress.
