I think you are talking about prevention against data loss. This depends very much on your use case(s).

If you want to prevent data slipping out in emalis only, you would need Sophos Central email.

If you need to control other ways and protocols, you should have a look at Sophos Enpoint protection.

Of course, you can use both products together to have a comprehensive solution.

In any case, I would recommend contacting a local Sophos partner to advise you in this project.
