Sophos DLP Outlook not working

• If your Sophos DLP policy is blocking file transfers to USB drives but not when attaching files to Outlook emails, the most likely reason is that your policy isn’t properly configured to scan email attachments or is missing specific conditions for detecting sensitive data within emails. It also depends upon the file type you’re attaching to the email.

facing similar problems. Sophos supported informed of 'known limitations' - currently in place
