SOPHOS INTERCEPT X AND INTERCEPT X ADVANCED FOR SERVERS LICENSING

Question

I just got the license schedule for a customer's intercept X and intercept Advanced for servers, and there were no registration keys attached but on checking the customers licensing status i saw that it was renewed, i just want to confirm if the image i attached shows the renewed status and if not what can I do

 We appreciate your reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 
 The screenshot above shows that the license will expire on April 24, 2025. Once this license expires, it will automatically take the new one. To resolve the over usage of a license, you can uninstall the sophos from the 18 devices or add the new 18 licenses count with the existing one. 
 A subscription is typically considered per user, not per device. This means that if you install it on multiple devices using the same user credentials, you only need one license, even if you're using it on multiple devices; however, if you use different login credentials on each device, you would need a separate license for each device. 
 For example, an endpoint that counts towards a user's Endpoint Protection license may not count towards their Device Encryption license. License usage isn&rsquo;t enforced based on the calculated usage within the product to allow for inaccuracies in the calculation. Devices offline for over 30 days are ignored to prevent them from continuing to count towards license usage. Real-time scanning must be turned on for a device to count towards Endpoint Protection license usage. In Sophos Central, administrators can view which users are taking up licenses by accessing the Reports section and clicking on Users. License usage is affected if a user doesn't have a device associated with them. If a device is offline for more than 30 days, it&rsquo;ll no longer consume a license, and the overall license usage will decrease by one.
