what is SNMP Manager?

The article "Sophos XG Firewall: How to configure SNMP" at community.sophos.com/.../125597 ends with "4. Run SNMP Manager and load XG MIB." the step has no other explanation.

What is SNMP Manager and where do I get it to run it?  Is it something located in the web interface? Is it a stand alone program to download?

I'm trying to get a monitoring package to find the Sophox XG and have been unable to get it to connect. Hoping this SNMP Manager is the missing piece I need.
