Hi there,
as the title says, I'm having SSL warning issues with outlook on machines that are not a part of the domain but are authenticated via the Captive Portal.
The untrusted cert error refers to eas.outlook.com
Any ideas how to resolve this? Is it purely a case of installing the eas.outlook.com cert on to the devices or can I do something else to avoid the end user having to anything.
Thanks
Hi Cameron Barlow
Can you please share the screenshot of the error and issued certificate?
Did you apply HTTPS scanning on the firewall rule from where non-domain user traffic is passing?

HI,
HTTPS scanning enabled and I will be testing other non domain machines tthis morning so will update this messge.
Thanks
Sorry I meant that HTTPS scan and decrypt is disabled.
This is because after initial activation, there were too many sites being blocked even though the Sophos device SSL and CA certs are installed on the domain PC's and personnal laptops etc.
I have just has the outlook issue on my personnal laptop and after installing the Sophos device and CA certs it hasn't appeared again.
