Hi All,

We are using sophos home utm 9.404-5. the Application control skip list is not working. utm operating in transperent mode

any hel would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you provide us more information on what are you trying to bypass and where do you configure the skip host? Also provide us a screenshot of the configuration.

      Some hosts in the internal n/w should have access to all the sites and applications. eg:- I have blocked the application facebook . blocking is working but the hosts listed in skip lists were also not able to access facebook.Hope this may help.

        Hi,

        Can you verify the host definitions (MotoG2, MotoG3) has the correct IP address?

        Next, do a policy test for the source IP configure in the above host definition. Do you discover facebook block through web protection policy?
