statuscode="504 sometimes means that the site doesn't like the delay caused by AV scans. First, try an Anti-Virus Exception for that site. If that doesn't work, you will need to skip the proxy for that site.
By the way, I had no problem reaching the URL.

It appears from the log line that you are using the proxy in Transparent mode (user=""). In that case, on the 'Misc' tab, add a DNS Host definition for firstflight.net to 'Skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets'.

Bob, lack of username is not an indication of Transparent mode. It just means they aren't doing authentication.
I note the URL goes to a :8081 port. Depending on whether you are using standard, transparent, have the "allowed services" set, firewall and general network setup you could be blocked in a few places. I highly suspect that the reason for the problem is centered around this port.
I am too facing this issue , i as you told before i have added it in exception tab and skip list destination but still it doesnt worked out me , can you please suggest next troubleshooting steps . i am trying to open www.stuedntexpert.net
