Connection Timed Out

Hello ,

I am getting connection timed out error for this ur.

Web Filtering Log as per below :- 

2014:11:07-12:46:02 FW_INTRA_HO-1 httpproxy[5721]: id="0002" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked" action="block" method="GET" srcip="10.0.32.155" dstip="59.144.106.230" user="" statuscode="504" cached="0" profile="REF_HttProIpgatLevelAcces (IP_Gateway Level Access)" filteraction="REF_YoDoEVRfrL (INT_00_Gateway Level Access)" size="2627" request="0x165d6200" url="firstflight.net:8081/.../singleTracking.do" exceptions="" error="Connection to server timed out" country="India" category="105" reputation="neutral" categoryname="Business"



Error for below two firmware versions :-

9.106-17, 9.107-33.

It working fine without proxy so there is no issue from URL end.

Please anyone help me out to resolve this asap.

    statuscode="504 sometimes means that the site doesn't like the delay caused by AV scans.  First, try an Anti-Virus Exception for that site.  If that doesn't work, you will need to skip the proxy for that site.

    By the way, I had no problem reaching the URL.
