See the picture below/attached. The RED at this office was working fine, then this morning went offline and wont come back on. Office has internet and no changes have been done.

Sorry its a RED15, nothing blinking, lights are all steady.
According to Operating Instructions Sophos RED 15 and RED 50 Appliances, you have no connection to the UTM:
What do you see in the RED log related to this device?
How do you know the office has internet? Can someone ping the UTM from there?
