My IT service puchase some SOPHOS APX 320 X.
I have Sophos UTM SG 410 with 9.713-19 firmware version.
I have read that those AP will only work witch Sophos Central (in french on the capture)
Source : partnernews.sophos.com/.../
But when I opened the AP Box, I found a flyer that says if I have an SG Series, I must have 9.711 firmware or later.
The wireless live log says that the AP model is not recognized ...

Right now, I don't know what I should believe and what should I do.
All my APS are managed with the SG embedded controller.
I also have read on this page : Release Notes for APX Series Update | AP FW 11.0.019 issues with the AP firmware and Serial Number prefix.
To complete information about my APs, the serial number of them starts with P42007.

You're right, the two documents seem to conflict. The older one indicates this problem was resolved last April, but the newer one en français really has no guidance other than to say it only works with Central. Please let us know what Sophos Support has to say about this situation.

PS One of my clients bought one of these last year and reported no issues with using Central to manage it. To be fair, he's a long-time customer of Central with Intercept X.

Merci d'avoir contacté la communauté, les instructions que vous avez trouvées dans la boîte concernent le modèle APX 100 X, et non l'APX 320 X. L'APX 320 X est uniquement pris en charge et géré depuis la Sophos Central Platform.
