Unable to login to support portal

Hello,

I'm trying to log into the support portal with the Sophos ID under which all our devices are registered. However, I keep getting redirected to the registration page. If I type in the ID there, I get the message that there is already an account for this ID. That's when I received the confirmation email.

I would like to request the deletion of multiple devices in this account.

How can I log back into the Support Portal with the existing Sophos ID?
