SSID not present in my environment

Hello Fabio,

To reproduce the issue on our side could you please provide information on the following parameters.

1. The type of encryption that you used for creating the networks.

2.  Type Frequency bands (2.4/ 5Ghz)

3. Auto channel/ any specific channel.

In addition, could you also please verify that the networks were properly applied to the access point. This can be done by navigating to the Access Points tab followed by  selecting the AP of interest. Applied wireless networks are listed there as shown in the screenshot below.

Hi Alex, the encryption is wpa2 personal and none encryption. I created two wireless network.

The frequency is both 2,4 & 5 MHz

The channel is configured as auto.

Alex, if you want, you can chat via skype

Can you please try selecting channel 36 for testing purposes?

The AP might have picked a DFS channel, which is not supported by all devices.

In Wireless> Settings> Diagnose settings

Could you enable the option "Forward access points logs", and hit Save. This will help us to investigate more on this issue.

We deployed a new firmware version which fixed some issues when applying configurations. Can you check whether the error still persists?
