Is anyone else experiencing issues registering APX devices with with Sophos Central Wireless at the moment?
As per the Sophos guidance, I have disabled Wireless Protection within my local Sophos XG network (APs show as "Pending").
As a test, I have deleted a device from Sophos Wireless - then tried to re-register it.
Same problems here (germany). I tried adding new APs to a customer's account yesterday, which didn't work - I was thinking about an XG issue because a firewall is in the way. Today I tried from a complete other internet connection with no Sophos firewall in between and it doesn't work, too.
A bit unlucky, because I want to register APX320X which no firewall supports...
Case Number is 06308382, will post any updates.

Kevin

I tried with different ISP, same problem. I'm starting to think it's a problem on the side of the sophos portal.
I had the same error with an AP 15 behind a LANCOM Router (Telekom VDSL), the AP15 never made it for registration.Behind a Fritzbox (Deutsche Glasfaser) no Problems.
After Registration the AP15 connects again behind the LANCOM Router.
Erick Jan - many thanks for your assistance so far. I think there are multiple people now, not just myself experiencing an issue registering APX devices with Sophos Wireless.Grateful if you could provide us with an update of any testing you have performed?
Erick Jan FYI - here too
I can confirm Matthews problem over two different ISPs and firewall gateways (one none-Sophos that did allways function).Have raised a support ticket.
Hi Everyone,
This is noted. So far, upon checking, there’s no global issue with regard to registering access points to Sophos Central.
I would recommend raising a support ticket so that it can be properly checked.
I'm recreating the Matthew scenario with the access point on Central.
