WhatsAPP web bar-code not loading in Chrome browser

Hi,

WhatsApp web bar-code not loading in Chrome Browser. The website is opening perfect but bar-code keeps loading --which has to be scanned by smartphone to access WhatsApp on web.

Please suggest.

    Did you try this on another Web Browser? Check #1 from the guide .

      Hi Sachin,

      Thanks for the guide link--it was informative. Went through the logs in XG-135 and found HTTPS was the reason behind bar-codes of web.whatsapp.com not loading in Chrome & Firefox. 

      Created an exception under HTTPS Scan Config and now the bar-code is loading fine.

      I am having the same problem, i have created a special rule for whatsapp, and disabled the app filter and no web policty is applied, also i have added

      ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.com\.?/

      to skip https decryption 

      but it still can't load the QR code !! i have checked the packet capture, and the active rules, nothing is denied, everything is green

      Any ideas ?
