SOPHOS PUBLIC IP IS NOT REACHABLE FROM EXTERNAL FOR USER VPN

Question

Hi. I created a Remote Access SSL VPN in Sophos firewall.
but when in another network, users cannot connect to vpn but when in Sophos LAN, users can connect VPN. I also realised that i can not access the sophos firewall from outside even if it is not VPN. kindly guide

 Are you accessing Sophos Firewall via HTTPS/SSH etc? Could you confirm if your Device Access settings for these are enabled? (though not recommended on WAN side)
