Service already configured - Port 8090

Question

I cannot for the life of me create a WAF rule on Port 8090. I've done a full export of the config, opened entries.xml and searched for 8090 and it's not in use anywhere. 
 I've checked and it's not a reserved port, although from memory it's the captive user portal and I can't find anywhere where I can set that port, so is it a reserved port but not listed?

 How can I find out what's causing this conflict?

The answer here is that the Sophos documentation is out-of-date/incorrect. 
 
 Port 8090 is a reserve port for captive portal and cannot be changed. 
 
 If you must use Port 8090, use NAT rules instead of WAF.
