SSL VPN not working

The port 8443 is showing closed when i check on firewall side and also from outside network.

You must collect the tcpdump while connecting it from outside. This will help us to see whether the traffic reaching to the firewall or not.

Take SSH access and run below commands simultaneously and share with us the log.

console> tcpdump ' port 8443

console> drop-packet-capture 'port 8443

Also, validate whether SSL VPN enabled on WAN zone or not under device access settings.
