WAF Limitations

Does anyone know if Sophos has a recommended method for updating this config so that it survives a reboot?

Please assist, we have a XGS5500 in an active-standby cluster running (SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378). We have web servers that we're protecting via the WAF and have been having issues with our online websites timing out. I'm thinking we are reaching certain thresholds. I would like to find out if Sophos has a recommended way for updating the below config and where is it located and whether that can be done without a reboot?

Hi Mondli Maphumulo Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. The first suggestion would be to work with the support team by logging a support case to confirm the reason behind websites timing out over WAF. Based on this investigation further tweaks or settings can be done to fix the issue. The settings you mentioned may or may not be the culprit behind the issue reported! So validation is necessary by reviewing the logs.

Also, there is an option to set a status page for WAF as per the below KBA to see during which specific statics issue is getting observed all the time [ OR some common observations from the status page all the time when website timing out issue appearing over WAF! ]:
