Microsoft office 365 user login credential integrate with sophos firewall authentication

im new in sophos firewall we just subscribe our new license we have office 365 user and we want this user to integrate so when they login in sophos firewall they will use their office 365 username and password, also in remote vpn ssl like what happen in sophos authentication when you add your domain controller user they can login in sophos and remote vpn ssl
