I need to log in to our router via SSH because the web console lacks the ability to disable SIP ALG.
But when I try to login it claims my password is wrong - even though I just used it 2 minutes ago to access the web console.
SSH is enabled for the LAN zone which is where I'm connecting from.
Does anyone have any tips on how I get this to work?
Hi,
please try using the GUI to access the console, there's a suggestion that the remote access has trouble with character order when typing, or try typing with about 3 secs between characters.

I found the answer - contrary to what you might find written elsewhere, the only user than can access the firewall via SSH is admin.
Hello,
Have you tried accessing it via any application like putty or any other application? Let's made sure that it does not have any port forwarding to any other internal device on port 22 and which could be reason that while taking an SSH access and supplying the password ended up with the login failed.
You may login to the firewall UI with the admin user and open CLI from the top menu.
