Hi guys,
I'm having a problem with my firewall's memory. According to the screenshots below, the memory increases gradually over the days, until it reaches a point where the firewall freezes, making it necessary to physically restart.
Would anyone have any idea where to start investigating to identify the problem?

Hi Alves I,
Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.
Kindly check the following KB for reference and similar post
You may also run the following in the Advance shell by going to CLI
Check the disk usage: df -ha
Check physical and virtual (swap) memory usage: free -m
Also, would you be able to share your case ID so that we can monitor it further? If there’s none, I would recommend creating one

Can you let me know if you are doing Web Filter in DPI Mode, are not doing HTTPS Decryption, and your web policy includes Warn.
If so, can you switch the policy away from Warn and see if it resolves the growing memory? If so, this will be resolved in 20.0 MR1.
Hi Michael,
Yes, I'm using web policy in DPI mode and without decryption. But the policy used in the rules does not include Warn.
IPS and ATP are not active either
