Load Balancing Sophos XGS87 Firewall

Hi all,

I am using sophos XGS87 firewall with latest firmware version (SFOS 20.0.0 GA-Build222). I am facing issue with load balancing. Load balancing was working fine till yesterday. But today it is not working all the traffic is passing through one WAN Link. I have assigned weight 1:1 to both WAN Interfaces and I am using weighted round robin load balancing. Can anyone help me how to resolve the issue?

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

First, kindly verify whether the second ISP is active and whether any changes were made.

Also, you may check the following KB to review the configuration

Configure gateway load balancing and failover

Kindly try to check the configuration and do a packet capture to determine if the routes are correctly configured

console> show routing wan-load-balancing

Load Balancing not working with Sophos XG 210 - Sticky Nodes

Have you tried to reset the configuration?
