One Specific Image set not loading in the Website

Hi,

One of our customers facing a weird problem, when they access their official website (Hosted in the AWS) through the firewall one specific image set is shown as a corrupted image. But when we access the website using a dongle or router, photos are loading correctly. In the Firewall policy web and application are all open but enabled,

  • Scan HTTP and decrypted HTTPS
  • Scan FTP for malware
  • Block QUIC protocol

I attached the screenshot below (01 - when using a firewall, and 02 - when accessing, using a dongle or a router ).

    Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation,Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

    • Were all machines in the client experiencing the issue?
    • Result using different browser?devices type
    • Clear cache
    • Check Firewall logs and compare with each other
    • Disable HTTPS decryption temporarily

      Hi Erick,

      Yes, I tried KBA and didn't work.

      • Yes, but when the same machine using a dongle or something this issue never occurs
      • yes I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge result is the same 
      • In the browser? if its the browser, yes I cleared the cache 
      • I checked the logs and I saw that the firewall is allowing traffic to that URL
      • Yes I create a new policy without any restrictions but the same result
