I cannot access WEB Admin or SOPHOS XG Portal

Yes I'm able to access it via console

can you check the network configurations for the respective Ports, try connecting a machine directly and see if you are able to access it...Still does not help, then request you to raise a support request, and will help you to expedite the resolution just provide me the service request number !

I am connected directly and all port configurations are perfect

I have tried all possbile port numbers and even tired without any port number and still same responses

Is your PC in the same network as the firewall LAN and does it get an IP address from the XG or are you manually assigning?

Same network and it is connected directly to the firewall and assigned an ip by the firewall.

Then I suspect you need to put a crossover cable or a switch between the two devices.

I first noticed it connecting via the wireless access point before connecting directly to the device itself.

While testing, I tested with a server connected directly to the switch, machine connected via access point and another connected directly to the xg all gave same response.

Not at all, nothing was done on it.

because you have not configured the XG yet, you might find that you are trying to connect to the a non configured port, try swapping to other ports.

You have advised you can access the console, please review the network configuration shown.

It is not a new configuration/fresh installation.

The device has been configured already and working on the network for over 2 years.

This access via GUI just came up last week.

if the GUI is still inaccessible, verify the configured destination port used for HTTPS GUI access using the following command: psql -U nobody -d corporate -c "select destinationport from tbllocalservicedetails WHERE localserviceid =2"

p.s You run this one from the Advanced Shell not the console

I will try the command then give an update.

 How do I get to the advance shell since it is only accessible via console?

Youu advised you had console access in an earlier post in this thread.

Nowhere have you mentioned you have restarted your XG from a total power off.

I have actually run the suggested command before but it was not recognized via the console.

Please post a copy of the login to the console screen you are seeing, you appear to be missing or using the wrong menu item?
