Enable Sophos Central on my appliance

Hi all

I'm facing a issue while trying to connect one appliance to sophos central. I have the credential  to register Appliance on Sophos central using and email. But when i access the firewall and navigate to sophos central the page frezze as you can see on the screenshot. Please note that we have even update the firmware from ver 19.5.0 to 19.5.1. the problem remain the same.

  • Hi   Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. Is there any history linked with this issue? I mean any action or settings applied/performed post that you started observing this issue..! As of now as the page itself is not allowing you to enter any details, I am suspecting more on the XG UI side which is creating any condition or issue to perform/proceed with this UI loading. So Browser HAR file and tomcat service, CSC Service (debug) logs will give further clues.

    As you are already running with the latest OS version, I would suggest you to open a support case to have a further investigation on the same and share the case details for reference.
