read TCPv4_CLIENT: Connection timed out (WSAETIMEDOUT) (code=10060)

Hello Everybody ! 

I'm a little lost here. Any kind of help will be appreciated. I'm just trying to connect to a VPN using Sophos but I always get this error message bellow. What are your thoughts on it ? Could it be the firewall ?

I noticed it did connect to the server '187.9.55.10:1194' but it couldn't reach the next stage which should be:

'Tue Nov 09 11:27:42 2021 MANAGEMENT: >STATE:1636467946,AUTH,,,,,,'.
