Complementing unifi network with XG230 firewall

Hello, good morning everyone ... I have a Unifi network ... consisting of a Gateway + 3 sw and 3 Access points a Cloud key controller, Now the IT administration has acquired a Sophos XG230 Firewall for perimeter security. There is some way to incorporate it without affecting the current infrastructure and / or network configuration. I would be grateful if you could tell me where I can find more documentation in this regard.

      Thanks for the reply.

Maybe I should have mentioned, this

I'm primarily looking for advice on the best place to put XG on my current Unifi network. I hope to continue using my Unifi Gateway to connect to the internet and to the XG Firewall for web filtering and reporting. This is due to the fear that my Unifi access points cannot be managed by the XG230 Firewall due to some type of incompatibility

      Thanks.
    • I believe you could setup the XG in bridge mode and place it behind the current unifi device.

      • The XG in router mode should be connected between the existing network and the internet to improve network security. The XG has more security features than the existing equipment.
