Hi Community,
I see this issue was raised a few years ago but didnt experience the issue on SophosOSv17 when I enabled emailed IMAP(S) scanning.
Since upgrading to V18, I have not been able to enable scanning of email content per the below image. This is an important function for me as I dont run individual AV scanning services.
My mail provider is TPG and I use IMAPS.
using iPhone 11 with iOS 13.6
Any ideas?
Hi Matt,
My experience. You need to install the ca, then delete the imap accounts from the iPhone, power it off and on, then re-install the email accounts. Accepts the trust of the presented ca and it should work.

I am in your time zone I think. They are kbas, but the best is to email the ca to yourself, double click on it in the iPhone email message and then follow instructions.
