Auto Tagging to Voice VLAN Using a OUI

We're currently testing a Sophos Switch, and have VOIP Phone that will connect directly and also via Passthru.

We have configured and assigned a VLAN (2) in "Voice VLAN" and also added a new OUI for our Yealink phones.

I've Configured the voice vlan status to "OUI"

However, once a Phone is plugged in, it doesn't get automatically tagged to VLAN 2 (VOICE VLAN)

Have i missed something?

On our currently switch setup (HP) we are able to drop a phone on any switch port and it will be automatically added and tagged on VLAN2

I if the documentation very lacking. unless i'm in the wrong place.

Any input would be greatly appreciated .

    • Sorry i've resolved this issue and forgot to update this post.

      After configuiring this feature, i had to turn it on at port level.

      Configure → VLAN Settings → Voice VLAN → Port Settings Select port/s and click edit, Change port mode from OFF to ON
