Error Messages

Hello,

today I am getting some errormail from my SMC Server.

The first have the error

-could not send apns push message

and

Received fatal alert: unknown_ca

Maybe someone know, what the problem here can be?

    Hi,

    It has been confirmed that the issue lay with the Apple messaging gateway (a number of other mobile device management vendors were impacted, too). Apple have informed us that, as of late on 25-April, the problem has been resolved, and normal device management should now be available.

    I would like to apologise to anyone who suffered inconvenience or disruption from this issue.

    We are in the process of updating knowledgebase article 119235 to document the change in circumstances.
