Error Messages

Hello,

today I am getting some errormail from my SMC Server.

The first have the error

-could not send apns push message

and

Received fatal alert: unknown_ca

Maybe someone know, what the problem here can be?

    Hi,

    Apparently the problem is with Apple - we logged a ticket with Sophos Support and received the below about 15 mins ago.

    We have just had an update from our Global Support Team, they are saying that due to changes at Apple the SSL connection to the APNS gateway is currently not possible.
    As of now, there is no workaround or fix available for this issue.  Our Development is analyzing the problem right now.
    New tasks or profiles can not be send out to iOS devices. A management of iOS devices is therefore currently not possible.

    We will keep you updated as to any changes in this.


    We'll just have to wait I suppose....and maybe block the SMC notification emails to Admin!
