We have 150+ Android devices which were issued with Sophos Mobile Control set up with a local configuration. We now want to enroll the devices, but after logging into the SSP users are unable to configure phone automatically - the link appears to do nothing. When entering configuration details manually or scanning a QR code users are confronted with the following message:
"Sophos Mobile Security could not be configured. Communication error. Please try again later or contact your administrator".
Clearing app data and cache does not fix this but removing Sophos Mobile Control and reinstalling from fresh does. Is there a less long-winded soluton I'm missing?
