Problems with sophos intercept x application

I formatted my phone less than a week ago, reinstalled all the play story apps and 3 of them were detected as unwanted apps.

Up until this point everything was fine, I know the applications and I know they are safe, so I allowed these applications so that they would leave the unwanted tab. 

The problem was that today I received a notification that my device might be infected, I opened the app immediately and all the options were "green" saying there were no problems.

I opened the Logs tab and noticed that in almost all automatic and manual checks it appeared that an unwanted application was detected. 

I just don't know what app this is, I removed all allowed apps and enabled them again and it keeps showing that an unwanted app has been detected

I don't know if it's a bug or if this has already happened to someone, I'm really worried, I appreciate any help you can give me.

My phone is a Redmagic 8 pro Android 14

    • Please refer to this information to verify so we can properly understand what is causing the issue. Due to this, the app is repeatedly detected as unwanted by sophos. 
    • Ensure the Sophos Mobile app and the antivirus definitions are up-to-date. Sometimes, false positives occur due to outdated software.
    • Please Confirm that the flagged apps were downloaded from the Google Play Store. Apps with additional sideloaded components might trigger warnings even if the main app is safe.
    • Remove the flagged apps, restart your phone, and reinstall them from the Play Store to clear any lingering detection issues.
    • Check the Logs tab in Sophos Mobile for the name or category of the flagged app and any threat identifiers. This can help pinpoint what's triggering the detection.

    • If I download the log, can I check which application was marked as unwanted?

      Is reinstalling the app also an option? 

      • Can I reinstall the app? I haven't done it yet.

        • Hello, I am returning with the measures I took, basically I did the suggested process of uninstalling the applications identified as having low reputation. 

          I restarted the device and still nothing changed, after doing a check the sophos application informs that everything is ok, but when I go to the Logs section it says that a low reputation application has been detected.

          I tried reinstalling the Sophos application but even after the first check it reported that it detected a low reputation application.

          I don't know what else to do, Sophos doesn't tell me what this low reputation application is and I don't even know if it appears in the log.

          I recently formatted my phone and everything installed was from Google Play. Is there any chance that it could be a hidden or persistent virus??? What should I do?
