SMC "hangs" sending notification for "Sophos Mobile Encryption" (second: How to enable debug?)

Hello everyone

i am pushing out a profile which should configure the "Mobile Encryption" App.

The status stays at "sende Benachrichtigung" ("sending notification") and nothing else happens.

Other push tasks seem to work fine ... 

Anyone has an idea on this?

Also: How can i enable a debug logging on SMC to see whats REALLY going on?

Is there an option to "debug" the device somehow ? ( i do NOT own a Macbook or so ...)

    Hello,

    please make sure the Sophos Mobile Encryption App is installed via the SMC server as "managed app". Otherwise sending settigns to the app will not work.

    If you have considered that, please contact support for further trouble shooting.
