Uninstall Sophos Samsung plugin from android phone

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to uninstall the Sophos Samsung plugin from an android phone.

I have followed the instructions on Article ID: 113406, which removes the SMC app,  and have waited the 5  mins suggested before attempting to uninstall the  plugin  but when i try the uninstalloption is greyed out.

    Hi Jason,

    normally, the device administrator will be removed for the Sophos Samsung Plugin after about five minutes.

    If the device administrator still remains active, please perform a reboot of the device and check if it is still active afterwards.

    Alternatively, you can also register the device again with your Sophos Mobile Control server. Once completely registered, try to send the "Decommission" task to the device.

    This should remove the device administrators for the Sophos Samsung Plugin and the SMC client.
