Can you help us with the following details, please?
1. Are you using the unlicensed version of Intercept X Mobile or is this being managed in Sophos Central?
2. What is the OS version running on this device?
3. Can you also confirm where exactly are you getting this message? Is it when opening the Intercept X app?
