Having an issue with email sync. Every night at 4 am sync stops working until the server is restarted. This is what the server log shows:

This behavior started approximately 1 week ago. Running version 8.1.3 of the Mobile Control Software on Windows 2008 R2. Tried opening a support ticket but when I hit the submit button screen flashed and nothing happened. Open a chat with support about not being able to submit and they told me to send an email to customercare.
