Hello StevenLopez,
We appreciate your reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
Please refer to this information if that helps you.
Sophos Intercept X Advanced for Server is designed to protect server workloads, including virtual machines, and is primarily tested and supported on hypervisors such as VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Oracle VM Server version 3.4.1 isn’t a supported hypervisor by Sophos. However, if your guest operating system (Windows or Linux) is supported by Sophos Intercept X Advanced for Server, you should be able to install the agent to protect the VM. While most core features will function, some integrations or features optimised for supported hypervisors may not be available or fully supported on Oracle VM Server. For best results, we recommend using a virtualisation platform officially supported by Sophos.
For production environments where full support and feature compatibility are critical, we recommend using a virtualisation platform officially supported by Sophos.
