We're excited to introduce a new customizable dashboard and tenant selector for our partner dashboard console. These new features will enable you to display your most critical alerts and information in one place, making monitoring across customers quicker and easier. With a new single and multi-tenant selector, you will be able to seamlessly select and manage tenants. You will also be able to view aggregated alerts across multiple customers in one convenient location. These enhancements are designed to make your team more efficient and effective in managing multiple customers.
- Customizable Dashboards: Personalize your dashboard with widgets that display the most critical alerts and information.
- Multi Tenant Selector: Select multiple tenants by region for an aggregated data view
- Single Tenant Selector: Single tenant dashboards will allow users to search or select a single tenant
- Alerts Page Tenant Selector: New multi tenant selector added to the alerts page
These new features are now available, giving you greater control and visibility over your environment.
Accessing new beta features
Navigate to the Dashboards dropdown menu and select Manage Dashboards
From the Manage Dashboards page you will select "Create new" and have the option to select a single or multi tenant dashboard
Multi or Single Tenant Selection Option
After your preferred widgets are added from the widget gallery page, you can select your newly created dashboard from the Dashboard Manager page
In a multi tenant dashboard view, you will click on the select field and will be prompted with a new Select customers option. Here you can select tenants by regions, groups and customers. Once your selections have been made, aggregated data from your tenants will be populated in your widgets.
