Autotask Integration

The documentation says that you need to create a Software as a Service billing code. What if we don't want to use that billing code and we want to use an existing billing code we have for software?

      This used to be a requirement back when the integration auto-created products in the PSA. Since we have transitioned to only create products/services per partner request, this pre-requisite is no longer required. We will work to update our documentation accordingly.

      You should be able to set up the Autotask Usage Sync integration regardless of your existing service codes.
