9.7 Subscription not listed after successful upgrade of Enterprise Console from 4.5 to version 4.7 ?

Hi,

I've upgraded enterprise console from 4.5 to 4.7 as per the steps of the Install Advisor.

Now I've hit a block while going to the upgrade steps for for the endpoints.

The Recommended 9.7 Subscription is not listed.

What should I do?

Urgent Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • This is odd seeing that 9.7 has been out for weeks now. I suggest you call Sophos tech support.

    I had the same thing happen back on 4-21-11, but it was learned that we update from a low delta warehouse. It took time before the 9.7 appeared on the low delta warehouse downloads.

    I upgraded another EMC yesterday 5-2-11 and it immedately saw 9.7 available. I then confirmed 9.7 was also available on my system upgraded 4-21-11.

    Did your SUM upgrade to 1.2.1x?

    Looks like my SUM has automatically been updated to 1.2.1.161. But I still don't see the Recommended 9.7 subscription.

    Any steps to acheive this?

  • I would suggest you might need to call support with your username and password you have in SUM so they can check which warehouse they are pointing at and that it contains 9.7.
